Darragh Mooney
Mr. Mooney is one of the founding partners of Broad Peak Finance and is the Managing Director with responsibility for Client Management operations. Mr. Mooney has over 15 years experience in the industry on both the investment and institutional sales side of the business. From 2004 to 2007 he was Director of Sales for Barclays Capital with responsibility for structured and Public Sector credit sales into Ireland. Prior to joining Barclays Capital, Mr. Mooney spent five years working for Merrill Lynch as part of its institutional sales team where he specialised in Public Sector debt sales. Prior to that, Mr. Mooney worked for Rheinhyp Bank Europe where he was responsible for the purchase, hedging and financing of the bank’s Public Sector portfolio.
Mr. Mooney holds a BSc in Industrial Microbiology from University College Dublin and an MSc in Investment and Treasury from Dublin City University.

Neil MacDermott
Mr. MacDermott is one of the founding partners of Broad Peak Finance and is the Managing Director with responsibility for Business Management. He has over 15 years experience in the industry, most recently as the Head of Treasury in Sachsen LB Europe where he was employed for eight years. During this time he was responsible for the long term funding of the institution and the structuring and management of over €20bn of assets in multi award winning asset vehicles. Prior to this Mr. MacDermott worked for Rheinhyp Bank Europe where he had responsibility for the financing of the Public Sector portfolio. Prior to this Mr. MacDermott worked for Allied Irish Bank as part of the Treasury team where he managed a large repo book of Irish Government bonds.
Mr MacDermott holds a BA in Economics from Trinity College, Dublin.
